Back School’s expertise in developing meaningful and measurable results is derived from leading-edge and scientifically based processes and trends. Our programs are focused, clear and actionable, and respond to each employer’s specific risk profile.

Implementing these measures enables organizations to achieve their goals of good employee health, injury prevention, increased productivity and improved employee morale.

In addition, The Back School’s systematic approach is sustainable, delivering ROI year after year after year.

The Back School’s systematic approach is a three step process:

  • Ergonomics Assessment – Our ergonomics assessments follow OSHA-compliant ergonomics analysis guidelines and are applicable in the industrial, healthcare, and office workplace. We identify potential hazards that can contribute to the development of musculoskeletal disorders and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Ergonomics Solutions – Our best practices approach develops cost-effective, high-impact solutions for increased productivity; risk reduction for the prevention of workplace injury; and improved employee morale.
  • Ergonomics Implementation – Our assistance with the implementation of ergonomics solutions includes training on the practice of prevention strategies and utilization of ergonomics evaluation tools.

The Back School’s proprietary process is simple to understand, easy to implement and encourages employee buy-in and follow-through.
